There’s Always A Room for Improvement I love to talk. I enjoy intelligent conversations. I love to meet different kinds of people and to learn from them. Now, I work as a Jr. Accounts Specialist and part of my job is to interview applicants, but it does not stop there. If the person gets hired I have to handle his/her employment because part of my work is account management. Since I enjoy talking I thought it will be easy for me but surprisingly, it’s not! I realized that more than the talking; it’s about finding the right person for the job. Let’s take the case of a smart student. What if the student, just attends the class and after that will not study or review his lessons, how about a singer who does not practice and just rely on his beautiful voice, or an athlete who just relys on his strength and does not do exercise to improve, what do you think happen? Of course, failure! I believe more than the talent, it’s the ability and the heart of the person to be good at something that will make him or her to succeed. Yes, talent, skill or knowledge is important but it takes the passion and the interest to learn of the person what makes him successful. I believe all of us will have stages, there are times that we will not successful on the things that we thought we are good but I honestly think that this situation will not make us stop from achieving what we want. It should be a way for us to see the points that we lack and begin to work on it. In my case, I still have a lot of things to learn in my job. More than the talking, I must know a lot of aspects about the career but I want to strive to be better even with difficulties. All of us have talents and abilities given by God. Let’s continue to nourish it and use it to make this world a better place.
